Eden Nature Park, in its corporate commitment to preserve and protect the environment, will once again join the global community in the observance of Earth Hour 2011.
Earth Hour is an annual event that encourages individuals, businesses and governments to take action on pressing issues that concern the protection of Mother Earth. The commitment to save the environment is manifested by the switching off the lights for one designated hour.
For an hour, iconic landmarks, such as Eden Nature Park, will go dark, as hundreds of millions of people, transcending race, religion, culture, society, generation and geography, join in switching off their lights in a global celebration of their commitment to protect the planet.
This year, Eden Nature Park will join the rest of the planet in the lights switch-off on March 26, 2011, Saturday, from 8:30-9:30 PM.
