TERMS AND AGREEMENT |
1. Full
payment is required upon booking to confirm reservation.
2. Payments should be made at the Eden Nature Park Sales and
Reservations Office at Matina Town Square, McArthur Highway, Matina,
Davao City.

3. All cheque payments should be payable to EDEN MOUNTAIN
RESORT, INC.
4. Day Package tickets are issued upon compliance
of payment.
5. In case of cancellation of reservation, refund of downpayment less
Php 500.00 (as service charge) would be issued in cheque.
6. Downpayment is non-refundable if notice of cancellation is made only
2 days before specified day tour date.
